About The King’s Trust

Founded by His Majesty King Charles III, The King’s Trust is a youth charity that helps disadvantaged young people turn their lives around. We believe that every young person should have the chance to succeed. So, we help 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives.

Many of the young people we help are in, or leaving, care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or have been in trouble with the law. Our programmes are proven to work. They help young people at risk of exclusion to stay in school and continue to learn; they develop the confidence and motivation of the unemployed to turn their lives around; and they support young people to develop their skills to find work or start their own business.

The Enterprise Challenge is a competition teaching Young People Entrepreneurial skills. It is a very, fun and engaging one day event with winners receiving seed money to start their business.
